These terms apply when you visit protocera.com or buy a product from PROTOCERA ("we", "us"), operated by [Your legal name]. By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell digital products only: downloadable PDF files. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, page counts and previews on our website describe what you receive.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on our website and at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Instamojo). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Delivery

Your file is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of a successful payment. See our Delivery Policy.

4. Licence: what you may do

• Use the file for your own personal, non-commercial use, on any of your devices.
• Print copies for your own use.

5. What you may not do

• Resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the file, in whole or in part.
• Remove PROTOCERA branding or present the design as your own.
• Use it for a team, class or organization without a team licence. Contact us for one.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, text and layouts remain the property of PROTOCERA. Buying a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the design.

7. Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the cases in our Refund Policy.

8. No guarantee of results

Our systems are planning tools. Outcomes such as exam results, savings or goals depend on how you use them, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Nothing we sell is financial, legal, medical or professional advice.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [Your city].
