PROTOCERA sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How delivery works

• After a successful payment, your PDF is emailed automatically to the address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes.
• Your payment confirmation page also shows a download link.
• Free samples download directly from our website, with no email needed.

Didn't receive it?

• Check your spam, junk and Promotions folders, and search your inbox for "PROTOCERA" or "Instamojo".
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
• Still nothing after 2 hours? Email hello@protocera.com with your order or payment ID. We will resend it within one business day.

Delivery area

Products can be bought and delivered anywhere with internet access. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Opening your file

Files are standard PDFs. For fillable fields, use a free PDF app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Xodo or your device's built-in PDF tools.
