1. What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and phone number, entered at checkout on our payment partner's page.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Free samples: downloading a free sample does not require any personal details.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner (Instamojo) under its own privacy policy.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver your purchase and send order-related emails.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds or complaints.
• To keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records.

We will send marketing emails only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (our payment and delivery partner, email and hosting providers), or when required by law.

4. Website data

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
